Shipping and Refund Policy

I love what I do and I'm known for working with people until they love what I've created for them. I want you to feel like you are heard and seen, especially for custom pieces. If you don't love what I design then I want to keep working on it. I want you to be proud and happy with the items that is created. My process allows me to be the caring, creative, perfectionist that I like to be, but sometimes shipping issues happen. For this reason, I've prepared the following information related to my shipping and refund policy.

Shipping Options

We use the least expensive shipping option available for each product, that will allow us to get your package to you on time and intact. Typically, USPS, FEDEX, or UPS are the go-to shipping companies for us. 

With the nature our work (which sometimes needs extra packing) and the ever changing shipping industry, our shipping is costly (but is integrated into our pricing) and limited. On that note, however, if you don't see a shipping option for your location or wish to discuss alternatives, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, any purchase that is personalized or custom cannot be returned. However, please always reach out to us to discuss any concern you may have about your order.

Refunds

If you are authorized for a return, we will confirm with you the refund process and next steps. Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, sometimes 10 days or longer).
