Custom Projects
Step 1: Send us your information
The first step for any custom project is to start a conversation with us.
Step 2: We review your request (~2 days)
Once we have your information, we will review it and send you followup questions for clarification. At this point, we may also ask for you to email us any relevant images.
Step 3: We will send you a quote (~2 days)
Now that we have all the information we need, we will finalize the scope of the project and send you a quote for approval.
Step 4: Review mock up (~4 days)
At this point, we will create a mockup of your project for your feedback and approval.
Note: No refunds or exchanges on final approval.
Step 5: Production and shipping (~4 days)
Your project is now in production. Once ready, we will ship it to you!
