Who is Cooper & Roo Designs?

Cooper & Roo Designs are handmade products made in our workshop, at our home. 95% of our work comes directly from myself and my husband. Occasionally, we will have my mom or youngest daughter jump in when it is especially busy.  Mark works at his day job as the Director of Technology at a Marketing company, and I left my full-time job in November of 2021 to do what I love! I hope you find something you just have to have and feel like it was made just for you.

Do you make custom products?

Although our unique and personalized projects are great, our custom projects are a huge part of why we do what we do!

We love that one of a kind, just for YOUR occasion idea and we cannot wait for you to gift that special idea you can be proud of.

We take our time to listen to you, work closely with you on design and mock-ups for your approval along the way. Custom items typically have a longer turnaround time, so please be mindful of that when ordering.

Can I shop your online store in person?

Yes! We do shows throughout the year. Take a look at our contact page to see upcoming events. On that same page, you can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about dates and locations of where you will find us next!

What are my shipping options?

We use the least expensive shipping option available for each product, that will allow us to get your package to you on time, and intact. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

Any purchase that is personalized or custom cannot be returned. Please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy for more information.

Do you offer your products wholesale?

With the proper required paperwork and registration, we are happy to offer wholesale prices that meet the MOQ/MOA.
